We undertook extensive renovations on our Birkenhead property in 2022/2023. We can't recommend Simon, the Iconic team and associated trades highly enough. From the first meeting onsite while designs were being drawn up, right until final completion, the quality of work, sensible advice, punctuality and clear regular communication with us and the various other trades was faultless. They also had to contend with the major Auckland rain events in Jan/Feb 23 and some unexpected flood related remediation, but didn't miss a beat and really went above and beyond. Iconic Build is a great outfit, highly recommended.
